Among the traditional flavors available are Lai Ching Yuen’s Assorted Nuts Mooncake, Pure White Lotus Mooncake, White Lotus with Single Yolk, Red Bean Paste and Double Yolk White Lotus. Chef’s recommendation is Ying Yang Paste Mooncake, a combination of rich coffee and smooth milk tea.
For those who fancy snow skin flavors, try out our Chocolate Mini Snow Skin which is a new flavor we have introduced this year. Chef Thye Yoon Kong who leads the dim sum kitchen team, will be hand crafting the mooncakes to perfection.
