Crispy Salt Pepper Mushroom (RM5.50)
In conjuction with its 10th anniversary, Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks has launched Crispy Salt Pepper Mushroom at all outlets from 1st November 2013.
Addictively tasty, each enoki mushroom is coated with a light batter and deep fried till a nice crispy golden brown. There are 5 different flavors for customers to choose from, the Original, Kimchi, Seaweed, Sour Cream or Wasabi.
Sweet Plum Potato Fries (RM4.50)
One of Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks favorites, Sweet Plum Potato Fries, has undergone a “makeover” with an improved recipe to give customers more kick with every bite.
Covered in crunchy and flavorsome light golden batter, and dusted with plum powder upon serving, the improved Sweet Plum Potato Fries is now softer and fleshier on the inside. A popular snack that is perfect for the whole family.

Handmade Oyster Mee Sua
Best eaten while hot, the superior flavour and texture imported handmade mee sua is served together with a special stock that comprising 5 core ingredients and brewed over a slow flame. A generous amount of oysters, shredded chicken, and corianders are added on top upon serving.
XXL Crispy Chicken
Purposely served uncut for the maximum goodness, a large and tender piece of bone-in chicken breast is marinated to perfection first before fried to a golden crisp that coated with imported flour. A special blend of oriental spices is sprinkled on top for the finishing.
Crispy Floss Egg Crepe
A lightly pan fried egg was topped with an imported puffy spring onion crepe that gives the outer layer a crispy texture. Rolled with fragrance chicken floss within and then drizzled with the special sauce on top, it was cut into bite sized pieces upon serving for diners’ convenience.
Happy! Ricebox Set
The set is served with soft and fluffy short grained rice, XXL Crispy Chicken that chopped into smaller pieces, and smooth cold tofu with diced century egg on top. A tasty Taiwanese style thick sauce is then drizzled on top for more fragrance delicious taste.
Handmade from seafood paste that infused with the secret ingredients, it is then kneaded and tossed until the correct consistency is obtained. The paste is flattened into small pieces first before blanched with hot oil, cut into strips and deep fried till a nice golden brown. A sprinkle of the specially blended spice powder completes this delicious and crispy Taiwanese delight!
