From 20 December – 1 January, Chicago Rib House will serves up a special 4-course Christmas set menu priced at RM79.90, which includes a welcome drink, an appetizer, a soup, a main course, and dessert.


Begin the Christmas festive feast with a refreshing drink, which customers can choose either the Peach Bellini, an alcoholic fresh peach blended with peach juice and sparkling wine; Christmas Berry Delight, a non-alcoholic refreshing berry fizz, or the Mint Lemonade, also a non-alcoholic lemonade drink with cool and light mint-flavored.

For appetizer, the Crab and Cod Crostini Avocado, a simple savory seafood appetizer that grilled together with the creamy avocado and parmesan cheese. It was served on top of an olive oil toasted crispy baguette, nice mixed of textures and flavors.

Next, the Pomegranate Salad, a bowl of colorful salad with fresh salad leaves and yellow zucchini that tossed with tangy sweet pomegranate dressing sauce. Feta cheese and honey roasted pecan nuts were added for more flavors and bites.

Customers can choose one of three delightful main courses.

For a gastronomic turkey dish, try the Roasted Whole Turkey Leg. Chef slow-cooked and roasted it with thyme, then served with the classic giblet sauce and cranberry jelly at the side along with mash potatoes and garden vegetables.

With baby back ribs as the signature at Chicago Rib House, the culinary team has created the Dry Rubbed Coffee Ribs, baby back ribs that have been dry-rubbed with spice and oven-baked with char-grilled glazed coffee sauce. It served with garden variety roasted vegetables and potato tartin at the side.

The Roasted Pork Belly Roulade, a roasted pork belly rolled with sage infused apples, olives and chestnuts, served with garden variety roasted vegetables and potato tartin at the side, accompanied with tangy sweet apple compote and red wine reduction.

The Christmas meal would not be complete without indulging in some dessert. Customers will have the classic Pumpkin Tart, a roasted sweet pumpkin filling in tart pastry and served with sweet strawberry coulis with fluffy whipped cream on top.

For those who prefer to start their Christmas celebrations early, the Roasted Whole Turkey Leg (RM20.90++) is also available as a single dish order from 6-19 December 2013.
