Crispy nachos covered in melted cheese with shredded spring onions and tomatoes. To me, a good starter to nibble on before the mains, give me a full bowl also can finish it alone!
Served together with crusty breads, this classic Mushroom Tapas that came in thick flavorsome gravy made a wonderful mouthwatering appetizer to kick start the dinner with.
Soft Shell Crab Salad (RM22)
A refreshing bowl of salad with fresh ingredients like red radish, Japanese cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and mix garden vegetables in their signature wafu dressing. Several crispy soft shell crabs were placed on top the salad to give it a nice mixture of flavors and texture.
Grilled Caramel Oxtail (RM35)
Signature’s interpretation of the classic Malay dish ‘Sup Ekor’, chef grilled the oxtail with herbed infused caramel and the taste was just delightful. A bowl of hearty beef and vegetable broth was served together with the oxtail as well as few slices of breads to dip into the rich flavorsome broth.
Signature Grilled Salmon Pasta (RM45)
A perfectly grilled salmon sits on a bed of spaghetti that cooked with mild spicy creamed tomato sauce. Arugula was placed on top to compliment the presentation as well as the overall flavor.
Brontosaurus Beef Ribs (RM93)
Must try signatures including this Brontosaurus Beef Ribs that served with spicy wedges and mixed salad at the side, cooked till perfectly tender with the mouth-watering marinated sauce, I felt truly pampered with much satisfaction.
Pepper Balsamic Strawberries (RM20)
An interesting note to end the wonderful meal, we had a fruit dessert, strawberries tossed in peppercorn and balsamic dressing, with mascarpone served on top. A good mixture of sweet and sour flavors with hint of the peppercorn taste.
We had few cocktails as well to accompany the amazing dinner throughout the night, including Mexico Greeting, Kentucky Muffin, Ginger Lily, Horsetail, South of Heaven, and Summer Breeze
