Soup has always been an integral part of Chinese food culture. This tummy warmer braised shark fin soup with crab meat and assorted seafood, which cooked together with premium ingredients, was equally in both nutritional value and tastiness. I had 2 bowls of it!

Poultry-based dish is one of the must in Chinese New Year menu. Crispy at the outer layer skin, this roasted chicken goes well with the accompanied plum sauce that chef added a little kick to it.

Loving the sweet sour taste with hint of spiciness in it, a lovely sauce to have it with the prawn crackers as well that served at side.

*****

This steamed Mandarin Fish with ginger sauce that fully covered on top was my favorite throughout the dinner. The robust flavours with hint of hotness will definitely wake up your appetite instantly.

*****

For those with a taste for spice, this wok fried Ming Har prawn with spicy chili sauce will surely fit your liking with chef own-mixed of appetizing sauce that keep you having more despite the hassle of peeling prawn’s shell.

*****

After all the meaty dishes, this braised four season vegetable with fatt choy continues to deliver exceptional flavor that exceeds the patrons’ expectations.

*****

With bright orange Tobiko served on top the Yong Chow fried rice and fried shrimp wanton at side, I like this simple dish in colorful presentation and a tad of ‘wok hei’ taste.

No meal is complete without a little something sweet. We had the refreshing chilled longan and Nata De Coco to wash down the heavy foods we ate earlier. Also, chef served the duet fried crispy new year cake and crystal rabbit bun (with pandan filling) for our sweet indulgence before wrapping up the sumptuous night of dinner.
