Across the northern Indian subcontinent, April marks the start of the New Year in the Hindu Saka calendar. Known as Baisakhi or Vaisakhi, it is a festival to celebrate the long waited harvest and the bounty of Mother Earth. The event is also observed as the Thanksgiving Day by food growers to pay their tribute, thanking God for the abundant harvest and also praying for the future prosperity. In other words, it is an opportunity to celebrate food!
Always linking you to the festivals of joy and gastronomy, Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar will present an Indian culinary journey at Link. Crafted by Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar’s Indian Chef Shambhunath using the recipes of the royal households of Delhi, Jaipur, and Lucknow, The Great Indian Journey will feature dishes from the Punjab to Lucknow, the City of Poets. Highlights will include Kheema Biryani, Lamb Rogan Josh, Murgh Dhanivall Korma, Palak Paneer, and Aloo Gobi Mussalam, along with specially prepared condiments such as Mint Chutney and Lime Pickle to complete an exotic gastronomic experience.

Located at the lobby level, Link is a restaurant that exudes a warm contemporary feel with a culinary drama. The 360-seat new attitude all-day dining revolves around the interactive show kitchens displaying a sumptuous array of food, a dining concept that brings the excitement of cooking from behind the scenes to your table.
The stylishly designed live cooking stations, which comprising a plancha grill, a rotisserie, tandoor, dim sum, and saute stations, are encompassed with fire and enchanting aroma that engage the guests.
