Located at Bangsar Village 1, Absolute Thai Hot Pot is the latest addition to the Sea Cuisine restaurant chain that serves exquisite Thai food at reasonable price.

Choose your preference seating, either with bright natural lighting or the romantic warm yellow light.
The restaurant interior was as tasteful as its delicious Thai cuisine, like this modern private room that played with the light and shadow.
Absolute Thai Hot Pot surprised the diners in every corner. Looked what I found at one of the wall divider, really interesting!
Vegetable and Mushroom Set (RM35.90 serves 2 persons)
Absolute Thai Hot Pot offers 3 different types of convenient set menus for diners to choose from, namely the Vegetable and Mushroom Set, Meat Set and Seafood Set.
Vegetable and Mushroom Set has a myriads of healthy choices including the Glass Noodle, Celery, Morning Glory, Sweet Corn, Chinese White Cabbage, Enoki Mushrooms, Shiitake Mushrooms, Eryngii Mushrooms, Oyster Mushrooms, Green Noodles, Pumpkin Slices and Lotus Root Slices.

The Meat Set that priced at RM65.90 and enough to serves 4 persons offers selection of Chicken Breast Slices, Beef Strip Loin Slices, Seafood Seaweed Rolls, Absolute Thai Seafood Balls, Fresh Tiger Prawns, Fresh Squids, Sweet Corn, Enoki Mushrooms, Oyster Mushrooms, Chinese White Cabbages, Celery, Morning Glory, Bean Curds, Glass Noodles, Green Noodles and Eggs.
Seafood Set (RM85.90 serves 4 persons)
For seafood lovers, this is definitely your pick! Absolute Thai Hot Pot has an aquarium installed at the kitchen to keep the live seafood fresh and mouth-watering. Diners get to taste the Fresh Squids, Fresh Tiger Prawns, Fresh Mussels, Fresh Red Snapper Slices, Fresh Clams, Absolute Thai Seafood Balls, Seafood Seaweed Rolls, Green Noodles, Fresh Beancurds, Eggs and Fresh Vegetable Platter from this set.
Boiling hot pot in delightful clear tomyam soup that packed with kick flavor.
Each diner gets his own portion of Absolute Thai sauce, suki sauce and seafood sauce. Remember to pair the homemade sauces accordingly to your food, as I found it enjoyable with more kick in the overall taste.
Hot Pot Ala Carte Items
Besides the set menus, diners can also order extra items from the ala carte menu that offers a myriad selection, including these highly recommended specialties Absolute Thai Special Paste (RM12.90), Fresh Squids Stuffed with Absolute Thai Paste (RM10.90), Absolute Thai Special Seafood Balls (RM9.90) and Homemade Seafood Seaweed Rolls (RM9.90), which served limited daily to ensure the freshness and quality.
Pad Thai (RM21.90)
A signature dish in Thai cuisine, Pad Thai that served at Absolute Thai Hot Pot has an exquisite twist to its toppings. Diners can choose either the fresh crab or prawns and calamari to goes with the flavorful stir fried Thai flat rice noodles. Crunchy bean sprouts, fragrant ground peanuts and spicy chili flakes are placed at side too, so remember to toss the tasty noodle together with your preference ingredients for your pleasure savoring.
Steamed Squid (RM42.90)
Your appetite are sure to be satisfied with this flavorful steamed whole squid with chilies, garlic and lime sauce. This dish was a hit among us during the lunch session, with fresh squids in a nice chewy texture, which were heavenly to pair together with the sourish gravy that tasted a tinge of spiciness.
Sizzling Thai Omelette (RM25.90)
Simple at its best, this fluffy Thai omelette in a nice yellowish color was served together with the delightful fresh crab meat (or juicy oysters) on a hot sizzling pan, yummy!
Stir Fried Mud Crab (RM55.90)
Savor these incredible fresh mud crabs that either cooked with curry powder or garlic and black pepper. Packed with wonderful flavor, I really enjoyed the rich and creamy yellowish gravy that fully covered the whole crab dish.
Simply refreshing Coconut Ice Cream topped with crunchy roasted peanuts to round the meal off (RM8.90)
I shall definitely come back again for the wonderful Thai foods in a very comfort relaxing environment with warm friendly hospitality.
