Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently had the chance to sample the famous Burger Bakar Abang Burn that located at Section 7 Shah Alam, very near to the UiTM campus and i-City. (signage photo credited isaactan.net)

Claimed to be the fastest burger bakar that only need 5-15 minutes to prepare, Burger Bakar Abang Burn was available in 14 towns across West Malaysia at the moment (Ampang, Kajang, Nilai, Johor Bahru, Seremban, Seksyen 7 Shah Alam, Klang, Melaka, Pasir Gudang, Cheras Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Kuantan, Danau Kota, Kemaman and Selayang), with mission to expand into more places in the near future.

I did not mind my burger bakar to be messy. In fact, the messier the better! Crafted to satisfy every customer’s palate, Burger Bakar Abang Burn offered six different types of lip-smacking signature burger bakar, namely the Supremo Cheese (RM10.50), Supremo Burn (RM9.50), Burn Lamb (RM10.50), Supremo Lamb Special (RM15.50), Supremo Special (RM12.50) and Spremo Cheese Cheesy (RM12.50).

Beef Supremo (RM10.50)

Piled high up with meat patty, cheese, crispy fried mushroom, tomato, onion ring and vegetable, this beef burger that loaded with taste-tempting flavor in generous amount of cheesy sauce was something you should not missed here!

Burn Goreng Special (RM10.50)

Burger bakar enthusiasts that prefer chicken over beef will also find delight in this famous creation here, where chef deep fried the chicken fillet first with special own-mixed batter, then layered it together with beef strip, cheese, vegetables and a lot of creamy delicious sauce before served it to the customers.

Burn Meatball (RM9.90 / 10 pcs)

Served together with crispy wedges at side in the addictive cheesy sauce and mayonnaise, don’t forget to grab their signature beef meatballs that were firm in texture and loaded with creamy brown sauce to satisfy your meat cravings.

To attract more customers in recent bad economic days, the owner, Abang Burn decided to slash the price up to 33% lower from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and 10.30 p.m. – 12 midnight. I don’t know about you but to me that’s a lot! Abang Burn wanted more customers to enjoy the goodness of his burger bakar at a relatively lower cost.

On top of that, customers can also pay an additional flat rate of RM5 to have all the toppings (cheese, supremo with cheesy sauce, turkey slice and beef strip) with their burger.

In conjunction with the slashed price promotion, Burger Bakar Abang Burn had an extraordinary offer the night I reviewed there for their customers with only 50 cent per beef burger per person from 10 p.m. onwards till 12 midnight. The queue was crazy, from one end to another block’s end, and that was just around 10:30 p.m. when I left the restaurant. According to Abang Burn past experience, he told us the queue can reach up to few kilometers long!

If you want more Burger Bakar Abang Burn outlets to reduce their prices, just head on to www.abangburnturunharga.gr8.com and sign the petition. Great job to Abang Burn who’s willing to cut down his profit if the demands can hit the volume.
