Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently had the chance to sample a variety of authentic Chinese New Year cuisines, specially prepared by The Emperor’s very experienced Executive Chef Loh Jiunn Voon and his teams at Dorsett Grand Subang to celebrate the auspicious Wooden Goat year.

These delectable set menus are available for lunch or dinner from 1 February to 5 March 2015, from RM988++ per set. Servings are suitable for 8 to 10 people. For home dining, Salmon Yee Sang is on sale at RM48++.

Meanwhile, at The Terazza Brasserie, you can ‘create’ your own fortune Salmon Yee Sang by putting together the available fresh ingredients for your dining pleasure. To complement this wholesome experience, a variety of Asian delights such as Hainanese Chicken Rice, Peking Duck, Braised Beef Rib with Chinese Black Pepper, Stir Fried Chilli Crab and Creamy Buttered Prawn with Cili Padi are offered at the buffet line. These meals can be enjoyed on 18, 19 and 20 February 2015 at RM108++ per person.
