Greek Guest Chef George Diakomichalis will showcases the best of Greek culinary fare at Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur’s Eccucino Restaurant from 6 to 15 March 2015. Back for the fourth consecutive year, “A Greek Odyssey” promises enticing flavours and special pastry delights, drawing on a variety of Mediterranean ingredients in an exciting dinner buffet.

The Greek Dinner Buffet will be served nightly and is priced at RM108++ per adult, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Complimentary meals for children aged below 12 years with every paying adult.

Greek cuisine is delicious, healthy Mediterranean fare making wide use of local ingredients such as olive oils, fresh seafood, vegetables and meats while desserts are characterized by the use of nuts and honey.

Chef George uses time-honoured recipes which have been handed down in his family through generations. For the ten day Greek food promotion at Eccucino, Chef George’s menus will feature a multitude of dishes in a buffet-style dinner including fresh salads, appetizers, soups, main courses and desserts. His signature dishes include Dolmades (Stuffed Grape Leaves), Khoriatiki Salad (Greek Country Salad), Chicken and Lamb Souvlaki (Grilled Skewers), Moussaka (Baked Eggplant and Beef Casserole), Yiros (Spit-Roasted Meats in Fresh Pita Bread) and his specialty desserts features must-tries such as Baklava (Honey-Drenched Nut and Filo Pastries), Rizogalo (Creamy Rice Pudding) and Kog (Custard Filled Shells Topped with Chocolate Ganache).

Chef George’s delicious Greek culinary journey is staged exclusively at Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur and offers a sample of some of the tastiest Mediterranean dishes from the Greek Isles. Greek flavours also spill over to the Mezzanine Bar & Lounge located on level 2 and the Terrace Poolside Bar & Grill located on level 10 with a selection of tempting Greek dishes and snacks.
