To celebrate the coming Mother’s Day, The Gastro Project is offering a 3-course menu that priced at RM80++ per person from 1 till 10 May, 2015. Crafted scrumptiously by Chef Sazali with healthy as the main concept, a 3-course full vegetarian menu is also available for customers to choose from.
Light and flavorful Clear Consommé with Chicken Tortellini. Vegetarian can opt for the Tomato Consommé with Mixed Vegetables Tortellini.
For main, customers can choose either Salmon Fillet or Parmiggiano Cheese Crust Chicken Breast. Chef oven-baked the salmon fillet and paired it with orange beurre blanc, which its creamy tanginess taste can easily accentuated the lovely flavor of salmon very well.
Attractively presented, the Parmiggiano cheese crust chicken breast was served together with sautéed Enoki and mushroom-flavored supreme foam.
Chef prepared the light and creamy Fedellini Pasta cooked with fragrant porcini and wild mushroom for the vegetarian.
The Mother’s Day meal ended perfectly with Caramelized Apple Mille-feuille. Topped with beautiful Korean strawberry, the ricotta cheese nicely balanced up the sweetness of this crusty dessert. I love it so much!
