Foot-long Currywurst (RM16.50)

Brotzeit served some of the best German sausages around town, and your cravings are sure to be satisfied with this 12″ long juicy chicken Frankfurter with chef’s palatable chili curry sauce.

*****

Gypsy Belly Bacon Carbonara (RM17.50)

What I like about this simple comfort dish was the texture of German handmade short egg pasta, cooked till perfection in creamy carbonara style together with bacon and crispy onions to give more flavors.

Chili Con Carne (RM16)

Cooked with minced pork meat, kidney beans and lots of corn, it paired wonderfully with the homemade German short egg pasta. Flavorful in taste with slightly spicy, it did open up my appetite during lunch hour in the dull afternoon.

Available daily from 6 pm onwards, indulge in delectable dinner creations by Chef Helmut, which includes Farmer’s Plate, German Hot Dog, Bavarian Pork Belly, Quarter Ribs, Pork & Bacon Burger, and Pork Cutlet.

Farmer’s Plate (RM46)

Not sure what to order? This Farmer’s Plate would be the best recommendation because you can try a medley of Brotzeit’s signatures, which includes Gypsy belly bacon, roast pork, meatballs, pork cheese sausage and bacon with mash and sauerkraut. My favorite would be the succulent pork meatballs cooked in honey rib sauce, so enticingly good!

You must try their draft bier Paulaner when you come to Brotzeit. All biers served at Brotzeit are brewed according to the German Purity Law of 1516, 100% natural, made with pure spring water and imported from Germany.

Hefe – Weissbier
The No. 1 Weissbier in Germany. A typical bier from Munich, which is top fermented, unfiltered and made with wheat malt. Naturally cloudy with vitamins and hints of banana.
Alc 5.5%, Original Gravity 12.5°

Dunkel Hefe – Weissbier
A full bodied bier from Munich, which is chestnut-brown, naturally cloudy, top fermented and unfiltered, made with roasted wheat malt.
Alc 5.3%, Original Gravity 12.5°

Original Munchner Dunkel Lager
A dark lager bier from Munich with characteristic ruby brown hue from caramel malts and is filled with rich malt sweetness.

Can’t decide which flavor to try? Experience all 4 draft biers with this Paulaner Bier Sampler (RM33.90), life is just so simple!

German food huh? That’s something new to the table. It looks delicious but the portion looks tiny. Is it enough? I can’t say that I’m a massive eater, but I’m no small bird either. Brotzeit looks promising, but maybe just a little pricey and little for me.
