Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Bukit Puchong’s Foreston Central Park, where the organizer transformed it into a musical ensemble of sorts as part of Bukit Hitam Development’s Ensemble at Foreston soiree that sought to fete registrants of the developer’s up-and-coming exclusive Foreston project.
Complete with a string quartet and a cooking demo by Chef Johnny Fua, the evening provided guests with a glimpse into the lush lifestyle that awaits future residents of the development, which features 20 semi-detached houses, 20 linked bungalows and six bungalows, set amidst verdant foliage.
The evening’s allure included a guided tour of the project site. I get to witness the architectural finesse that goes into Foreston units, which presents built-up areas starting at 4,400 square feet, featuring copious amounts of natural light.
I love the personal space that available in each Foreston unit, which comes with six bedrooms and six bathrooms, with the master bedroom boasting a generous 800-square feet of space. Some of Foreston’s units will also include generous backyard garden and double volume ceiling height.
The freehold luxury guarded community development epitomises lush living for residents with surroundings that contains a spacious and breezy garden flanked by water features, a jogging track, barbecue facilities and a playground.
“Foreston will be a refuge for homeowners to wind down after a hectic day at work thanks to its low density, ample amount of space and greenery, and a personal sky garden in the individual units,” said BHD General Manager, Edward Lee.
Foreston’s seemingly isolated location almost belies its impeccable accessibility with the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) a mere eight minutes away, as well as the North-South Expressway (NSE) and South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) just 10 minutes away.
Amenities also abound nearby. Grocery shopping is made convenient with AEON Big and Tesco hypermarkets a mere five-minute drive away. Taylor’s International School is located right next to Foreston, while it takes just eight minutes to drive to IOI Mall. A mere 14 minutes away is Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, as well as Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway University College and Monash University Malaysia.
Lee added, “The location of Foreston is ideal as it contains a perfect amalgamation of greenery, peace and quiet and quick access to major highways, well-known international schools, universities, malls, restaurants and a medical centre.”
With many other successful developments under BHD’s belt, Foreston is set to push the limits of architectural excellence with its back-to-nature concept.
Foreston units are priced from RM2.7 million onwards. More information about Foreston and other upcoming projects by BHD can be obtained at www.bukitpuchong.com.my.
