Malaysian consumers gave MAGGI® the seal of approval recently, casting their votes for its latest premium noodle product, the MAGGI® Royale Korean Spicy Braised Beef Cup, at the Product of the Year Malaysia (POY) 2015/16 Awards.
Nestlé (Malaysia) Berhad launched the MAGGI® Royale range of premium, indulgent noodles in 2014, capturing signature top-notch tastes from Malaysia and around the world for consumers to enjoy in their own homes. MAGGI® Royale Korean Spicy Braised Beef is bursting with bold flavours, with a rich and flavourful meaty spicy broth sure to entice Malaysian taste-buds. Inspired by Korean street cuisine, this product is perfected with exceptionally thick springy wheat noodles, generously garnished with real carrots, spring onions and chillies as an added treat.
It comes as no surprise then that MAGGI® Royale Korean Spicy Braised Beef Cup won the POY Malaysia Award under the Instant Noodles (Cup) category, testament to MAGGI’s dedication to providing great-tasting, nutritionally-sound, high quality products.

Product of the Year (POY) is the world’s largest consumer-voted award for product innovation, operating in 42 countries. The award provides a guide to consumers for the best products and services in their respective markets, recognising manufacturers for quality and innovation.
This year for POY Malaysia, an extensive survey was conducted by Nielsen Malaysia amongst 2,000 consumers to choose the winning products in 20 categories. Prior to this, the products in each category were shortlisted by a panel of highly distinguished judges from top Malaysian companies and organisations including 7-Eleven Malaysia, Agensi Innovasi Malaysia, Retail Group Malaysia and the Malaysian Advertisers Association.
