Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Brunch & Munch to check out its new egg-citing concept, offering diners an exciting new food experience dishing up creative twists on comfort food with a focus on EGG-citing creations.

Located strategically in the newly opened G Village retail hub, below the G Residence Condominium by Tan & Tan Developments, Brunch & Munch is a new food concept from the GTower team that runs Bread Lounge, Tanzini Restaurant, Upper Deck Fine Dining, View Rooftop Bar and the iconic Bridge Bar. It is bordering on the exclusive U-Thant and Ampang Hilir enclave and within a few short kilometres from the KLCC area.

Brunch & Munch with its high ceilings occupy almost 2,800 square feet of space with a capacity of over 100 diners. The welcoming interior is characterized by rustic-style, eco-friendly design elements utilizing recycled materials and presented in an urban space for urban diners.

There is a unique raised up private dining room featuring an iconic 7 feet tall 3-dimensional egg sculpture.

Pork Ribs

The MUNCH menu features items which are crafted lighter in between meals, like this mouth-watering slow cooked marinated pork ribs that served together with potato wedges, sauteed cabbage and bacon.

Scottish Eggs

Each bite has a nice contrast of different texture and tastes, chef wrapped the soft-boiled eggs in spiced pork and flavored it with appetizing sweet hot sauce.

The Pig-za

So porkylicious thin crust pizza with ham, chorizo, shredded pork, bak kua, lap cheong, tomato concasse, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, red onion and drizzled with creamy English mustard mayo as finishing.

Sea-ghetti

From the BRUNCH menu, we tried this beautifully plated spaghetti aglio olio with cauliflower, tosaka, seaweed and salmon. In support of the local communities and environment, Brunch & Munch sources its produce locally wherever possible, which I appreciate this initiative very much.

Egg-cellent

A healthy and delectable meal served together with egg white, quail egg, carrot, bacon, onion rings, radicchio and rocket in refreshing honey citrus dressing to tease your appetite.

*****

Caramelized Pork Belly

Served with side choice of potato wedges or steamed rice, this roasted pork belly in flavorful dark soy sauce tasted really heavenly.

The front of Brunch & Munch has a casual bar, raised up 3 feet from the ground for great cocktails with a twist created by award winning mixologists from View Rooftop Bar at GTower.

Catering for the weekend brunch crowd, diners get to enjoy the Chandon Sparkling Wine at RM145 per bottle on every weekend that includes snacks. The bar will also have happy hour drinks and snacks for an ambient chill out experience.

Grand Marnier, love the character of this blend of tropical intensely flavored green citrus bigaradia oranges and powerful, top quality cognacs results from nearly 200 years old, unrivalled know-how.

God, everything looks so good! I love the egg sculpture too. But they should really have another store similar to this which is halal.
