I am approaching 35, and really need to kick start a healthier lifestyle to keep myself moving forward without much sickness and difficulties.

    I drink anlene too and the way that I chose to lose my weight is moving without take serious exercise

    I actually started drinking Anlene for quite some time because I read that women especially stop producing calcium after 30! So important to make sure we have enough calcium in our bones and also to practise a healthy lifestyle
