Thanks for the wonderful invitation, I recently went to KIP Hotel Kuala Lumpur to sample their Chinese New Year feast specially prepared by Executive Chef Simon Lee and his team of talented chefs.

KIP Hotel offers 2 exquisite 9-course dinner set menus for the 2016 Chinese New Year that will run from 16 January 2016 till 7 February 2016. Guests can expect Chef Simon’s signature Chinese New Year staples such as Salmon and Sliced Abalone Yee Sang, Chicken in Mandarin Orange Sauce as well as Hong Kong Style Steamed Silver Cod, among others.

    traditional style of cny cuisine.. not bad la. I like the hotel too, no nonsense, clean and comfy.

    I loved the cod fish! Don’t mind whole plate to myself with bowl of white rice to enjoy the superior sauce.

    Seriously seeing all the CNY reviews are making me so jealous! Ah wished I was in KL too. The deep fried boneless chicken looks so delicious!
