Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Swiss Garden Hotel and Residences Kuala Lumpur to sample their Executive Chinese Chef Alex Choong Mian Sang‘s remarkable authentic Cantonese cuisine and extraordinary gourment journey that comes with more than 20 years of international experience.

I personally like Wawa Cabbage for its texture, and chef’s special black vinegar sauce gave this simple vegetable dish a subtle sourish taste that managed to catch my attention.

Served in a claypot to ensure the food remained warm when presented to the diners, chef skillfully braised this Blossom Chicken to the utmost perfection with soy sauce, creating a truly appetizing dish with home-cooked feel.

Just picturing this dish alone is enough to make one salivate, chef braised the Beef Ribs together with fragrant lemongrass for long hours till tenderly soft.

Chef Alex stir-fried these Butter Prawns together with shredded coconut to enhance the taste and fragrance that are surely leave your senses craving for more.

Surprisingly, I managed to finish a bowl of this wok fried Black Pepper Rice with beef that was loaded with taste-tempting wok-hei flavors.

Not overwhelming sweet, this dessert, Vanilla Sauce with Three Layer Cream, is a perfect complement to all those savory flavors, consisting of pumpkin, yam and sweet potato puree, a healthy kind of sweet indulgence after the heavy meal.

I hardly see beef dish in CNY menu, this is something special. I like some of their traditional or regular dishes for CNY.

Price seems decent for a yeesang package, usually most places would charge above rm100 for salmon itself

Oh the dishes look really good and needless to say that the butter prawns look very tempting. The menu is quite extensive as well; but all in all love the plating presentations.
