The Prosperity Toss, in assortments of 5 luscious arrays available for dine-in and takeaway from 3 February to 22 February 2016, comes in delectable choices of half set for a platter for 5 persons and full set for 10 persons. Infused with fresh ingredients by executive Chinese and Red Majesty Cup Chef Wong Lian You, the lunar new year is abound with great affluence, with the Chef’s recommendation of Bird’s Nest infused with Fresh Atlantic Salmon and Passion Fruit Yee Sang (RM128 nett half set; RM248 nett full set).

Similarly, guests will be able to choose between the Australian Whole “20 head” Abalone Yee Sang (RM198 nett half set; RM398 nett full set), Hokkaido Scallops and Baby Octopus with Wasabi Sauce Yee Sang (RM108 nett half set; RM188 nett full set), Fresh Atlantic Salmon Yee Sang (RM98 nett half set; RM178 nett full set), as well as Tempura Mushrooms with “Korean Sweet Pear” Yee Sang (RM88 nett half set; RM168 nett full set).

The dining experience this Chinese New Year is further enlivened by an all-new, distinctive A La Carte menu from 3 February to 22 February 2016, at RM18 nett per portion onwards. Enjoy delightful selections such as Braised Duo of Scallop Broth with Truffle Oil, Bird’s Nest and Crabmeat, Braised Eight Treasure Duck, Wok-Fried Alaska King Crab Leg with Salted Egg Sauce, and Chilled Peach Gum with Papaya and Snow Fungus for a mouth-watering experience unlike any other.

Especially for family gatherings this Lunar New Year, Chef Wong Lian You exhausted his 16 years of culinary experience and contemporary cuisine presentation with premium ingredients into the creation of Exquisite Set Menus, available from 3 February to 22 February 2016, beginning with the Chinese New Year Dim Sum Set Lunch Menu, priced at RM1888 nett for 10 persons and a minimum of 5 persons, which kick-started with a starter course of tempura mushrooms with Korean Sweet Pear Yee Sang, a heart-warming Dim Sum Combination platter, and a 5-course menu inclusive of double-boiled fish maw with sea treasures soup.

Guests will additionally be spoiled for choice, with set menus of 6 and 7-course meals for 10 persons and a minimum of 5 persons:

Noble Set Menu (RM1888 nett), includes a starter course of Fresh Atlantic Salmon Yee Sang platter, with a 6-course menu inclusive of Braised Northern Canada lobster claw with Bird’s Nest and Fish Maw in Golden Broth, and Poached Chinese Herb Chicken with Sesame Oil Ginger Sauce.

Fortune Set Menu (RM2388 nett), comprising starter course of Australian Whole “20 head” Abalone Yee Sang and a 7-course menu encompassing Braised Northern Canada lobster claw with Bird’s Nest and Fish Maw in Golden Broth, Wok-Seared Hokkaido Scallops, Prawns with Celery, Gingko Nuts and Lotus Roots in Yam Ring, is a savour not to be missed, with a complimentary gift box giveaway for a dine-in of 10 persons.

Opulence Set Menu (RM2988 nett), the complimentary gift box giveaway is jointly available with one bottle of wine, alongside scrumptious starter of Bird’s Nest with Passion Fruit Sauce Yee Sang, and a 7-course menu comprising Wok-Fried Alaskan King Crab Leg with Salted Egg Sauce and Stewed Abalone with Sea Cucumbers.
