Being an active food blogger, it is always a challenge for me to stay in shape after all the good food indulgence. I practice these 4 easy tips regularly and so far (touch wood) I don’t have over-weight problem yet.
Tip #1 Eat Breakfast
Studies have found that people who take breakfast every day cut their chances of becoming obese and developing diabetes by 35 to 50 percent, compared with those who have breakfast only twice a week.
Before breakfast, I will usually take mAi Dark Mocha, a flavored specialty coffee beverage that can helps to breakdown and burn the fat. It contains Arabic coffee, cocoa, garcinia cambogia extract, CLA (conjugated linoleic acids) from safflower oil extract and green coffee bean extract, which mainly sourced from Belgium and India.
Arabic coffee can stimulates thermogenesis, a heat generation process by body for the purpose to digest food that leads to calorie burn.
Cocoa has soluble dietary fiber that can keep you stuffed for longer period and increases serotonin level to help the brain feels that you are full and suppress hunger.

Green coffee bean extract promotes balanced blood sugar by inhibiting the release of glucose within the body and chlorogenic acid boost the metabolic output of the liver, which burns fat. This dual mechanism works to support lean body mass by hindering the absorption of fat and weight gain.
CLA promotes body metabolism and inhibits fat storage.
It is very easy to prepare, just dissolve 1 sachet of mAi Dark Mocha in 150ml of hot water, and consume the beverage 30 minutes before breakfast or lunch.
Tip #2 Drink Water
Our body often mistakes thirst for hunger, so staying hydrated also means you will probably stay satiated.
mAi Dark Mocha flavored specialty coffee contains caffeine that can help to mobilize fats and increase metabolism, hence drinking a minimum of 3 litres water every day will helps to drain the toxin out of our body more effectively.
Tip #3 Work Out
No pain no gain. Sometimes, there is just no easy way out to look gorgeous and healthy. I exercise 4 times a week, and with little help by drinking mAi Dark Mocha, which it can increases muscle mass, boosts body stamina as well as inhibits the formation of fat, I actually gain more result from my work out than the normal way.
Tip #4 Get Proper Sleep
Research suggests that lack of sleep increases the risk of weight gain and obesity. Sleep deprivation will slows down your metabolism and affects your hormones, thus increasing your hunger and decreasing your sense of being full after meal.
I try to have 6 to 8 hours of quality sleep every day, and also avoid taking mAi Dark Mocha at night time as the metabolism boosting rate might cause you unable to sleep well.
