Prepared using the freshest ingredients chef can source, I like this Red and White Salad (RM12) in enticing cilantro dressing for the light and refreshing taste from pomelo and watermelon, which tossed together with healthy mixed greens, crispy crouton and chia seed.

Baked with mixed seafood like crabstick, fish and prawn as well as butter mayo, chef created a harmonious balance between refined taste and texture in this presentation perfection Seafood Dynamite (RM10).

This Crispy Bun (RM13) may looks simple but it was my favorite among all the dishes that were served. Falling nothing short of impressive, place the shredded tender porks that stir fried with savory soy sauce teriyaki and onion inside the crispy soft bun first before sink your teeth into a flavorful hearty goodness satisfaction.

For a mouth-watering experience unlike any other, do try out their signature E.A.T Spaghetti (RM23) with a unique twist of Asian flavors, where Chef Daniel cooked it together with sliced pork belly, salted fish, shimeji mushroom and dried chilli to create the perfect combination for a satisfying meal.

If you like salmon as much as I do, this King Salmon with Dill Sauce (RM26) will not only delight your eyes but also make the taste buds tremble with pleasure! Cooked together with fresh ingredients like king mushroom, crunchy asparagus and sweet onion, the texture of salmon was prepared just nice to my satisfaction.
