Guests will be presented with over 25 selections of vegetables, with diverse assortments of fresh air-flown seafood and hearty meat selections such as beef striploin, beef ribs, and lamb shank.

With over 10 types of cooking styles to choose from such as bouillabaisse broth, portuguese stew, stone-grilled, cordon bleu, deep fried batter-breaded, teriyaki flair, pan-seared, meat stew braised, confit, and ragout, the chefs at Serena Brasserie will have fresh selection cooked to order based on the preferred savour, or opt for a different savour that will bring a diverse zest to the typical cuisine.

Chef’s recommended signature flavours of Serena Brasserie’s Sang Har Mein, a delightful combination of hor fun and rice vermicelli in a gravy of smooth egg sauce with succulent, freshwater prawns.

International cuisine delights from Spanish, Portuguese, and Italy namely the Paella Valencia (a traditional Spain rice dish), Arroz de Marisco (portuguese seafood rice), and the Risotto ai funghi (an Italian-renowned risotto dish); international cuisines prepared with the creamy savour of seasonal Grana Padano cheese.

Delightful quench of freshly squeezed juices from a flamboyant display of fruits – just pick your preferred combination, and it will be delivered straight to your table.

“The Fresh Market dining connects guests to the visual (imagery of the produce), olfactory (fragrance of produce), and kinesthetic (sense of touch) aspect to their cuisine, while granting the freedom to explore a diverse savour to the typical cuisines, with the 10 styles of cooking preparations by the chefs”, Chef Suhalmi shared his sentiments towards the Fresh Market dining concept.

The delightful Fresh Market dining, with wide-ranging seafood and fresh produce, delivers a tantalizing experience not to be missed. For reservations, please call Serena Brasserie at 603-2782 6228 or e-mail foodandbeverage@intercontinental-kl.com.my.

That’s quite a variety the have there but i prefer if they make freshly squeezed juices on the spot rather than store like that as the nutrients depletes quite fast once squeezed unless it’s cold pressed

So this fresh market buffet dinner is from Sundays to Thursdays, 7pm to 10:30pm right? Do I need to make any reservation? What is the price for kids?

    Might bring my family there.
