Drawing inspirations from the signature flavours of home-cooked food, the Mother’s Day Brunch buffet at all-day dining restaurant Serena Brasserie presents a scrumptious buffet specialty, with a complimentary glass of wine for every mum. Available on 8 May 2016 from 12 noon to 3 pm at RM158 nett per adult and RM79 nett per child (6 to 12 years old), enjoy an upgrade to the drink package with white, red and sparkling wine at RM150 nett per person, and selected soft drinks and juices at RM30 nett per person.
The brunch of splendour further tantalises with great seafood on ice selections such as freshly shucked oysters, Australian spanner crab, and green lip mussels; live cooking stations offering the unique recipe of traditional Portuguese Arroz de Marisco; live carving of the Australian prime beef rib with Yorkshire pudding, trio roasted potatoes, grilled Tuscan vegetables in Pommery jus; live barbeque station with selections of traditional satay along with assortments of fresh seafood marinates, in addition to the dessert medleys specially prepared by executive pastry chef Chan Eng Hua, ranging from live hot desserts, chocolate fountain, homemade ice-cream choices, as well as sinful cakes and tarts available on the counter.
Families with children will also be delighted with the dedicated children’s corner, pleasing the palate of the little ones with the spread of all-time favourite selections such as macaroni and cheese with chicken slice, simple bite station with chicken and cheese croissants, tuna tortilla rolls, and crispy open sandwiches, alongside sweet desserts of fruit skewer with yogurt, moist chocolate cake, and the candy station, which will gratify the sweet tooth in every child.
The superior dining experience continues at Tatsu Japanese Cuisine with a 6-course menu, available on 8 May 2016 for lunch and dinner at RM288 nett per person, and an exquisite wine pairing at RM338 nett per person, featuring appetizer dishes of carrot and ebi kakiage, chicken cabbage rolls, as well as the pleasant seafood miso soup. Emboldening the gastronomic course, the warm course of steamed sushi rice follows, topped with the assortments of seafood and shiitake mushroom, followed by the main course of braised beef tenderloin, and the gratifying traditional Japanese dessert of abekawa mochi with mixed nuts.

Guests opting for an oriental savour this Mother’s Day will also be able to revel in the experience at Tao Chinese Cuisine, amid the all-you-can-eat dim sum special with over 50 arrays of cuisine, which available on 7 May and 8 May 2016 from 9 am to 2:30 pm at RM158 nett per person, and an early bird special of 30% discount, for dine-ins between 9 am to 11:30 am.
