Thanks for the wonderful invitation, I recently went to check out the Ramadan Buffet Dinner at Utara Coffee House, which is located inside Armada Petaling Jaya.

Themed ‘Sinar Ramadan‘, guests can expect to indulge in a gastronomic storm of mouth-watering traditional and international favorites this coming Ramadan, presented to you with the most authentic method of preparation and ingredients.

With more than 100 dishes available, Chew Teik Chye, Executive Chef Armada Petaling Jaya promises to showcase a wide selection of dishes that emphasizes on a variety of flavors and scent that will titillate your palate after a long day of fasting.

Bring back the nostalgia of balik kampung when you start your gastronomic journey with an appetizing assortment of starters from Kerabus, Cincalok, Lemang, Pasembor and Aneka Jeruk. Fire up your palate even more with the variety of classic Sambals, the ones that are rarely seen at urban diners.

Specially prepared for Kerabu fans, they have come up with several types of innovative creations, each tasting even better than the next. Indulge in some traditional Kerabu Mangga, Kerabu Sotong, Kerabu Kacang Botol and Kerabu Kaki Ayam.

For the mains, be sure to taste some of Armada’s Ramadhan signature classics such as Asam Laksa, Nasi Rempah Berlauk, Udang Klieo, Ketam Masak Gulai Siam, Ayam Golek, Pucuk Paku Masak Ikan Masin, Kari Kepala Ikan, Daging Masak Serai, Ikan Sembilang Panggang Berlada, Rendang Itik, Sup Tulang Rusuk, Nangka Muda Masak Lemak, Sotong Masak Kunyit dan Serai and the all-time favorite Siput Sedut Masak Cili Padi.

Diners who book early can take advantage of the Early Bird Vouchers. Purchase between 1 May to 5 June 2016 to enjoy Buy 5 vouchers and Free 1 voucher. For those who miss out on the Early Bird Vouchers can instead purchase the Super Value Vouchers. Purchase from 6 June 2016 onwards to enjoy Buy 10 vouchers Free 1 voucher.

To mark the end of the fasting month and welcome the joyous festival of Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Utara Coffee House will also be celebrating the occasion with a wide selection of goodies through the Hari Raya Aidilfitri Hi-Tea Buffet priced at RM65++ per adult, RM45++ for senior citizens and RM34++ per child on Thursday, 7 & Friday, 8 July 2016 from 12 noon to 4 pm.

    That rendang itik looks amazing!! I will probably be stuck at the kuih section as well haha to many varieties to eat!

    Look at the yummy array of Malay cuisine. This is what I look forward to every month of Ramadan.
