Thanks for the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Gather Gather Kitchen at Kota Kemuning to sample some of their signature Chinese foods, which is reasonably priced and generous in serving portion.
Located same row with the RHB Bank and facing the Persiaran Anggerik Vanilla main road, Gather Gather Kitchen serves home-cooked style Chinese delicacy in a comfortable environment that’s suitable for family dining.
Have a palate for seafood? They serve varieties of fish dishes for customers to choose from, including Ma Yao, Jade Perch, Red Tail Pak Soo Kong, Red Tilapia, Stingray, Fish Head and Toman Fish Fillet at reasonable price.
Loaded with taste-tempting flavors, I will always order Fish Head Curry (RM32 / RM48) for group dining because it comes with assortment of ingredients that can satisfy everyone’s different taste buds. Served with Grouper fish head, the rich creamy curry gravy made me had more rice to eat with, simply delicious!
It may looks messy with ingredients like long beans, ladies fingers, tomatoes, onions and brinjals scattered all over the dish, but the Nyonya sauce chef used to steam this Red Tilapia (RM4.60 per 100g) is really appetizing with a good balance of spicy and tangy taste, definitely well worth another bowl of rice just for the gravy.
Simple but highly addictive dish, this signature Choy Heong Tofu (RM15 / RM18 / RM22) was my personal favorite among all the dishes. Chef placed the flavorful minced meat and savory chopped Chinese pickled veggie on top their homemade tofu, it will certainly make you want to have more!
I am a sucker for any food that’s coated with salted egg, including this Deep Fried Lotus Roots (RM15 / RM18 / RM25), which I just can’t get my hands off from these crispy stuffs.
Kids will like this, Potato Fried Pork (RM15 / RM18 / RM25), with thinly sliced potato served in enticing soy sauce gravy, reminded me of my grandmother’s home-cooked dishes.
Available for lunch only, try their smooth slurpilicious Mixian Noodles with Pork Balls, which will burst with flavorful meat juice once you bite on it, really impressive for a quick lunch indulgence.
Come and try their delicious home-cooked meals, prepared according to the traditional recipes handed down from many generations. I will definitely visit again Gather Gather Kitchen with my family.
