Thanks for the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Outback Steakhouse and sampled some of their signatures which featured inside the newly revamped menu.

This Outback Tostada Nachos (RM27.95) will not disappoint you. I love the crispy corn tortillas so much, layered with spicy corn infused chili, cheese, jalapenos, fresh pico de gallo, sour cream and chopped green onions as garnishing, perfect to munch on as appetizer before the mains are served.

*****

Simple Tomato and Mozzarella Bruschetta (RM24.95) but surprisingly quite addictive, grilled French bread topped with oven-roasted tomatoes, fresh Mozzarella and basil pesto.

Here’s a refreshing meal that is bound to satisfy especially with the special spiced orange vinaigrette dressing, Farmer’s Fresh Strawberry Salad (RM32.95) served with spring mixed salad, strawberries, orange segments, cucumbers, grilled shrimp, and sprinkled with some goat cheese as well as toasted almonds on top for extra flavors.

Outback Steakhouse is famous worldwide for their steaks. They serve the finest beef, seasoned with a secret blend of 17 herbs and spices that enhance the steak’s distinct flavor, before expertly grilled to diner’s request.

Served with grilled asparagus, loaded baked potato and balsamic sauce drizzled beautifully around the dish, this seared Black Peppercorn Crusted Ribeye (RM59.95 8 oz. ; RM69.95 10 oz.) accompanied with peppercorn cream sauce is satisfaction guaranteed with perfect cooked texture.

Captivating offerings from Outback Steakhouse’s revamped menu include this Scampi Grilled Fish (RM29.95). Served with fresh seasonal vegetables and succulent shrimp, the creamy minced garlic butter sauce made the grilled fish fillet tasted even better, surely will leave your senses craving for more.

Served together with 5 toasted brioche (light and sweet yeast small round bread roll), this slow roasted braised beef Short Rib Sliders (RM29.95) really caught my attention. The peppercorn aioli and fried onion strings complement the dish really well for a mouth-watering experience unlike any other. I had two!

Outback Steakhouse also serves poultry dish for those non-beef eater. Served with your choice of a freshly made side, chef turns this Sweet Chili Chicken and Shrimp (RM34.95), a seemingly simple offering into something extraordinary with the sweet chili sauce that glazed all over the fire-grilled chicken and shrimp. Delicious.

At first I wrote off eating at Outback already as I don’t take beef but luckily they offer some other non-beef dishes as well. Good news for me. Will check them out soon.
