Thanks for the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Hard Rock Cafe for their limited-time vegetarian menu in conjunction with the Vegetarian Awareness Month.
Beginning from October 1 until October 31, 2016, Hard Rock Cafe Kuala Lumpur, Melaka and Kota Kinabalu will expand its legendary menu and serve up fresh and satisfying vegetarian-friendly dishes and plant-based beverages.
Hard Rock Cafe Kuala Lumpur, Melaka and Kota Kinabalu have added several new menu items to provide guests looking to expand their palate with flavorful and satisfying options in various categories of classic, all-American cuisine. Additionally, many of the items featured on the meatless menu can be prepared to accommodate vegan requirements.
Cauliflower “Wings”, crispy Buffalo-style cauliflower served with bleu cheese, celery and carrot sticks.
Grilled Ratatouille Wrap topped with Sriracha mayonnaise, olive oil and baby arugula, served in a seasoned grilled flour tortilla with a side salad.
Buffalo Cauliflower Wrap, with crispy Buffalo-style cauliflower topped with bleu cheese, celery and a spicy Buffalo sauce, served in a seasoned grilled flour tortilla with a side salad.
A fresh mix of Pico de Gallo Quinoa Arugula Salad, with pico de gallo, quinoa, lime juice, chopped cilantro and arugula, topped with shredded Brussels sprouts, spicy pecans, feta cheese and craisins, tossed in a citrus vinaigrette.
Fennel, Beet & Orange Salad, consisting roasted beets, crisp fennel, fresh orange, mint, cilantro and spring greens tossed in a garlic, lime and cumin vinaigrette.
Cauliflower Burger, with house-made patty of cauliflower, garlic, egg, goat cheese, oregano and breadcrumbs, topped with zucchini, squash, Monterey Jack cheese, arugula, tomato and garlic aioli, served on a toasted brioche bun.
Spinach, Potato & Chickpea Burger, with house-made patty of red skin potatoes, spinach, chili peppers, cilantro, chickpeas and spices, topped with arugula, tomato, cucumber and a spiced yogurt sauce.

Bell Pepper Martini – a mix of Hendricks Gin, Benedictine, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, Hard Rock’s simple syrup, green peppers, mint and garnished with a green pepper ring.
Wascally Wabbit – a mix of Domaine de Canton Ginger Liquor, Captain Morgan, Grand Marnier, Hard Rock’s simple syrup, carrot juice, apple juice and garnished with a large mint sprig.
Beet Orange Ginger Juice – an alcoholic-free fresh blend of ginger, beet and orange juice.

“With the success of last year’s vegetarian offerings and the increased consumer interest in meatless dining options, we wanted to introduce a new menu that goes beyond the typical,” said Antonio Bautista, Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations for Hard Rock International. “Whether it’s one of our new vegetarian-friendly salads or my personal favorite the Pico de Gallo Quinoa Arugula Salad, we have something to satisfy our guests’ ever-changing cravings.”

Oh my the food really looks good here. Plus since its vegetarian, will certainly check them out with some of my friends who abide by this, as this would be a rather different culinary experience for them.
