Being an active food blogger, I always in the search to look for a safe and natural way to maintain my weight. It is quite challenging to slim down without the yo-yo effect when I have to attend food review sessions every week.
Thanks for the wonderful invitation, I recently went to the launching event of Vitraplus Cabloc by AJ Research and Pharma (AJRP) Sdn Bhd, an integrated healthcare and life sciences company. Cabloc is a natural weight-loss supplement which blocks carbohydrates, burns fats and suppresses sugar craving to help consumers stay fit safely.
According to Ms Shereen Chiew, Senior Product Manager of Vitraplus Cabloc, Cabloc is formulated from five active ingredients; namely raspberry fruit extract, white kidney bean extract, green coffee bean extract, gymnema leaves extract and prickly pear cactus stem extract. I am glad to know that these ingredients are natural because I strongly believe that taking natural product is still the safest way to shed some pounds.
Vitraplus Cabloc has set itself apart from others because of its Raspberry Fruit Extract ingredient – the first of its kind. Known as raspberry ketone, it is a natural substance that gives powerful aroma and taste to the red raspberries. It has a long history of use in cosmetics and has been added to processed foods as a flavor agent.
Some of the benefits of raspberry ketone are preventing the breakdown of carbohydrates in the intestines, boosting lipid metabolism to reduce fat deposit in fat cells and improving obesity.
In combination with the White Kidney Bean Extract, a nutrient-rich food containing high amounts of fiber, vitamins and minerals, these two ingredients play a vital role to reduce the carbohydrate absorption in our body which causes weight gain.
Food which is high in sugar can make you gain weight too. Cabloc contains Gymnema Leaves Extract that can suppresses the activation of sugar molecules in our taste buds and delays the glucose absorption to avoid excess storage as fats. Gymnema, means “destroyer of sugar“ in its Hindi name, is a woody climbing shrub native to India and Africa.
“As a research driven healthcare company our aim and vision is to develop, formulate and introduce high quality innovative products to serve the needs of consumers and to keep Malaysians fit, and healthy. The introduction of weight loss supplements based on raspberry is due to extensive international research, authentic studies and remarkable result. We are one of the first in the market to make possible raspberry extracts as a key supplement in weight loss,” explained Javed Mohammad, CEO of AJRP, the brand owner of Vitraplus Cabloc.
I can see the difference within five weeks after taking two to three capsules in the morning after breakfast. For maximum result, try to incorporate a well-balanced diet and regular physical activities while consuming your Vitraplus Cabloc.
Priced at RM138, one box of Vitraplus Cabloc contains 60 vegetable capsules. It is now available in Watsons and all leading pharmacies.
With Vitraplus Cabloc, I can continue my duty as food blogger while looking good in healthy shape. You can also get started on your weight loss journey while eating regularly without starving.

I have always wonder how do foodies take care of their own weight – with food reviews almost everyday but still manage to maintain their figure.

This sounds really interesting. Although I always advocate healthy living with moderate food intake plus exercise, this, being natural, is all right to take, in my books.
