Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently get an opportunity to try the Panasonic Cubie Oven, a steam convection oven where anyone can make high quality, delicious food from the comfort of their kitchen. I can fry, steam, bake, roast and ferment, all at just the touch of a button with this ingenious space-saving, multi-function steam convection oven.
Steaming is one of the most versatile modes of cooking available, and it provides a simple and effective way of preparing a nearly endless array of foods.
Panasonic Cubie Oven has 3 steam settings to cook delicious food easily. With Low Temperature Steaming, there is no losses of nutrients in vegetables, bringing you a healthier option. Normal Steaming can covers the food sufficiently to bring out the freshest and sweetest original taste of the ingredients. Fast Steaming comes with heated steam with high temperature to prepare the food faster. You can even use the Steam Sterilization function for baby bottles and tableware, as high temperature steam can removes bacteria and germs, something that I will do more often now to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

Perfect for anytime, now baking my favourite Custart Tart (recipe) is super easy and effective with the Panasonic Cubie Oven, as it also functions as a traditional oven, with the capability to perform roasting and baking across the full range of meats, cakes, breads and pastries.
I like the smart preset Auto Menus, it allows me to choose the type of food I want to cook, and then I can sit back while the oven does the rest, making my baking experience even easier!
Do you know that Panasonic Cubie Oven comes with the fermentation function as well? Creating home-cultured yogurt with its preset Auto Menus is just a breeze now to remove the uncertainty from its arbitrary process. I tried it to make my favourite Chia Seed Yogurt (recipe), and I am satisfied with the end result that is perfectly smooth and creamy in texture.
