The PizzArt campaign is back! Launching this December by Anchor Food Professionals, I am so looking forward for their new series of gourmet pizzas, such as Chicago’s authentic Deep Cheese Pizza, delicate Pizza Rolls and mouth-watering PizzBurgers.
Celebrating pizza in all its shapes and sizes, the PizzArt campaign takes the enjoyment of pizza a notch up into an art form. The artisanal pizzas were conceptualized and created by the Anchor Food Professionals’ chefs as a way to help their partners create more excitement and variety in what they offer to their customers.
I still remember joining Anchor Food Professionals in their previous PizzArt Trail and I get to sample some artisanal pizzas such as Flower Pizzas, Pizza Bombs, Adjaruli Khachapuri, Mini Muffin Pizzas and Pot Pie Pizzas.
Chef Firuz from Anchor Food Professionals shared his expertise with restaurateurs on the art of making artisanal pizzas that will hit the markets soon. Through workshops they were taught specialized skills to create unusual pizzas in preparation for the launch of the Pizzart campaign.
