Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently joined in the ‘Bloggers Cook-off Challenge‘ organized by New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) at Berjaya University College. Chef Krishnan showed us three recipes on how to cook the New Zealand Mussel and Greenlea Chilled Beef before we began the challenge.
It was my first time to cook a mussel dish. The New Zealand Green-lipped Mussel has been cleaned and cooked, I just need to slightly wash it under running water, before seasoned the mussel and baked with lots of cheese as topping. So easy, I think I can do it again at home in future.
