Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Italiannies to sample some of their signatures from the new menu, which are specially curated items crafted by their chef using quality recipes and preparation.
Italiannies, a leader in casual dining that has been serving classic Italian meals for years, and now they are adding over 30 new value-for-money dishes to its menu to make it even more amazing for customers to enjoy affordability.
Toasted Bruschetta (RM16.90), crunchy garlic bread with tomato marinate and basil, served with cranberry pesto sauce at side for dipping.
Served with marinara, these Lasagna Bites (RM22.90) that’s seasoned, breaded and fried to perfection are so good, kids like these bite-size chicken filling lasagna pieces too.
My all-time favourite, Classic Caesar Salad (RM22.90) with fresh romaine lettuce tossed in caesar dressing and topped with hard-boiled eggs, crispy beef bacon, cherry tomatoes, toasted focaccia croutons and grated parmesan cheese.
Taste the exciting flavours of Sicilian with this popular salad dish, Sicilian Chicken Salad (RM28.90) that consists of marinated chicken breast, mandarin orange, mango, red grapes, parmesan, focaccia croutons and walnuts tossed in a Sicilian dressing on crisp romaine lettuce.
With 7 new pasta options in the menu, diners will surely be spoilt for choice! The Shrimp and Asparagus Alfredo (RM39.90), a pasta dish with shrimps, beef bacon and asparagus cooked in parmesan cream sauce and tossed with fettuccine. Yum my favourite.
Taking pride in the quality of its food, this Seafood Marinara Pasta (RM36.90) is so satisfying with ingredients like king prawn, mussels, clams, calamari and shrimps sauteed and tossed with spaghetti in their signature marinara sauce.
Set to delight your taste buds amazingly, this Spicy Moroccan Lamb Pizza (RM42.90) features spicy lamb sausage, roasted cherry tomato, baby spinach, greek yoghurt, chickpeas, dried cranberries, caramelized onion, chili flakes, pomodoro sauce, and 3 different types of cheeses to further enhance the flavours – grated parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and monterey jack cheese.
Remember to leave some room for the desserts as their moist and delicious Chocolate Malt Cake (RM19.90) with melted icing is really sinfully appetizing. Their classic Tiramisu (RM19.90) is equally nice too, with lady finger cookies dipped in layers of espresso mix and creamy mascarpone cheese topped with dark cocoa powder.
