Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to BORDERS Malaysia at The Gardens Mall outlet for the launching event of ‘Flavours of Berjaya’ cookbook by Berjaya Hotels & Resorts. BORDERS Malaysia is the official bookstore of this tantalizing compilation by the top chefs of Berjaya Hotels & Resorts.
17 chefs from 14 Berjaya Hotels & Resorts’ properties in Malaysia and overseas have contributed their signature recipes to be featured in this 152-page full-colour cookbook. You will also get some foolproof cooking techniques that these chefs have been tested and perfected from their years of experience in preparing local favourites and international cuisines for over a million Berjaya Hotels & Resorts’ guests yearly.
Food enthusiasts will like this cookbook because ‘Flavours of Berjaya’ is a useful source of fundamental cooking methods, from learning how to make a simple appetizer to useful information such as nutritional value.
