Following the success of its previous campaigns such as Say Cheese, PizzArt and Anchor Travel Cakes, Anchor Food Professionals, the dairy foodservice leader from New Zealand, is back again with Moodmojee campaign, introducing 6 new dairy beverages to boost your mood. These beverages were conceptualized and created by Anchor Food Professionals chefs to showcase the delicious possibilities of dairy in beverages, bringing a sip of global trends to Malaysian consumers.
Anchor Food Professionals is partnering with 15 food & beverage customers in both Peninsular and East Malaysia to introduce these creamy creations in phases nationwide from November 2018 until January 2019.
Featuring layers of sweet and creamy with traditional ‘kaya’, ‘gula melaka’, ‘pulut’ and red beans, Kayanika Fusion is set to be the Malaysian favourite that’s both whimsy and decadent.
A drink to tingle the taste buds especially for the chocolate lovers, this unlikely pairing of Yuzu and chocolate is surprisingly good. The tangy Yuzu puree tempers the rich chocolate in the Yuzu Chocolate Surprise which is rimmed with salt lemon cooling candy.
For the tea drinkers, Pom & Grey Twist is a flavoured cheese tea, featuring refreshing concoction of Early Grey tea mixed with pomegranate syrup, topped with a generous layer of chocolate cream.
Boost your mood with a zing by sipping the Lemon Mint Meringue, a rich lemon mint vanilla ice blended, topped with fresh meringue and slices of candied lemon and orange.
Unexpected pairing aimed to delight taste buds, this Tangy Brew is a rich cold brew coffee mixed with the tangy freshness of orange, topped with a layer of satisfying cream and cheese foam mixture.
A dreamy blend of white coffee mixed generously with delicious chocolate and peanut butter, you can’t go wrong with this creamy White Chocoffee complemented with a crown of whipped cream.
“We understand the versatile role dairy can play in delivering great taste, texture and appearance in any form whether it’s in beverage or cakes. Dairy is traditionally very popular with Western markets but this time, we wanted to play with local ingredients to give it an overall Asian taste and feel,” said Jack Tan, Associate Foodservice Director of Anchor Food Professionals at the launch of Moodmojee campaign.
