Baked till crispy potato skins covered in aromatic cheese with chives and bacon bits placed on top. Ranch dressing and mix greens salad were served at side, perhaps a healthier choice of starter among the 3 choices given.

Beer Battered Fried Mushrooms

Fried till perfectly golden brown, these beer battered mushrooms were my favorite! While inside still remain juicy and moist, the outer layer had a uniquely nice crisp texture thanks to Chicago Rib House”s signature beer batter. Dipped it together with the ranch dressing that served at side, it made the tasting even more enjoyable.

Here is another starter that”s not-to-be-missed at Chicago Rib House, the BBQ cocktail sausages wrapped with grilled bacon, porkylicious yummy! Served with their signature Bourbon sauce, the enticing sweet sourish taste compliment quite well with the savory bacon, nice.

For main, you can choose either Trio of Ribs in original BBQ, honey garlic and bourbon sauce or Salmon and Shrimp in Caper sauce. Both main dishes also come with a choice of two sides, and the portions were quite decent too for your enjoyment and satisfaction.

To me, no meal is complete without a little something sweet. Had this double scoops of vanilla ice cream nestled between a fresh split banana and topped with my favorite hot chocolate fudge plus generous amount of crispy almond flakes.
