This 2014, the kitchen team has created an array of dishes that will tantalise taste buds.

Guests can look forward to the Cooking Showcase, where the highlight is the Kambing Bakar, a lamb slow-roasted on the spit roast. At this station, chefs will serve up portions of freshly carved roasted lamb. The guests can also enjoy freshly grilled Beef & Chicken Satay with Homemade Satay Sauce & Condiments as well as Fried Kway Teow and Fried Mee Mamak, wok-fried ‘live’ before them.

At Bangi Golf Resort Restaurant’s Buffet Ramadhan this year, Bangi Golf Resort will introduce its newly built open kitchen. This modern space will offer ‘kitchen entertainment’, as guests can watch the chefs prepare the dishes and even interact with them. At the same time, a 4-piece band will entertain guests with ‘Live’ Malay Traditional Music from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. daily. Bangi Golf Resort has also built 500 additional parking lots, which will be ready by Ramadhan. There is also Male / Female Surau available for guests.

Says Chef Kamaruddin “The Bangi Golf Resort Restaurant’s Buffet Ramadhan has always been a favourite choice for families, friends and business entertainment during the Month of Ramadhan. We are constantly introducing new dishes to ensure we offer a variety but at the same time, we work hard to maintain the consistency and flavor of traditional favourites, so our customers can always keep coming back.”
