Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to One World Hotel’s Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant and sampled a selection of specially curated meaningful dishes for the upcoming festival that Chef Loh Weng Lam and his culinary brigade have lined up for diners.
A toss of colourful Yee Sang is definitely a must every Chinese New Year. Stir up good fortune and happiness with Zuan Yuan’s 5 selections of Yee Sang with Crystal Pear in different variations such as Crispy Soft Shell Crab, Salmon, Abalone and Salmon Skin specially prepared to simply freshen up the palate. The flavourful Yee Sang is available from January 1 until March 2, 2018 for dine–in or take away.
