Set in the opulence of ancient elegance, their New Year Gold Prosperity Set Menu will be launching on 15 December 2019 till 08 February 2020.
It will be served for lunch and dinner at Oriental Chinese Cuisine, featuring auspicious dishes that are believed to bring endless health, wealth and happiness for the New Year.

Begin the grand feast by tossing the Yee Sang which symbolizes good fortune as well as abundance of wealth and long life. Their Prosperity Snow Pear Yee Sang comes in different versions such as Vegetarian (RM48 half portion RM78 full portion), Salmon (RM58 half portion RM98 full portion), Japanese Scallop (RM68 half portion RM108 full portion) and Abalone (RM68 half portion RM108 full portion).
The main dish for smaller group is the “Poon Choi” set. It has 3 layers of ingredients, consisting of seafood, meat, abalone and vegetables braised in a supreme sauce, sea cucumber, scallop, fish maw, prawn, mushroom, roast duck, waxed duck, smoked oyster, broccoli and Chinese cabbage, which will certainly indulge your taste buds. It is definitely an appetizing dish that entices everyone to dig in!
