Thanks for the wonderful invitation, I recently went to District 13 by 缔 at Aman Suria. Recently, they moved to a new address offering a fresher look with more comfortable and warmer dining environment.

Food Binds Us Together… Come and explore a gastronomic journey of flavours with menu prepared by the talented chef-owner Howard who professionally trained at Le Cordon Bleu, Sydney.

Salad with Smoked Duck and Quail Egg (RM25)

Such a beautiful dish to delight the senses of taste, sight, and smell of diners. Mixed with smoked duck, quail egg, cherry tomato, and ebiko, this salad is drizzled with beetroot dressing for a nice sweet earthy taste. I especially like the bright colours of this salad, so gorgeous!!

Salmon with Cauliflower Puree (RM30)

Grilled salmon served with smooth creamy cauliflower puree, salsa, cucumber, and cilantro oil, a delicious hearty dish for fish lovers.

Octopus Squid Ink Pasta (RM35)

Squid ink spaghetti with brined octopus in lime… You are bound to have your palate teased by hearty and delicious offerings carefully created by Chef Howard.

Iberico Chop (RM55)

District 13 by 缔 is a non-Halal restaurant, so do come over and try some of their pork dishes like this Iberico Chop. Seasoned with Cajun mix, it is served with pumpkin puree and grilled cherry tomatoes.

For those who are interested, they offer Degustation Menu at RM200 per person (not inclusive of service charge and wine). It is encouraged to make at least one day booking for the kitchen to do the preparation. Here’s the menu :

Light, flaky with beautiful buttery taste, their croissant is to die for, at least for me. Try it with their artisan truffle flavoured butter, it is so addictive until I can’t stop!!

Cooked perfectly according to your preference, their Angus Beef Tenderloin served with flavourful red wine jus reduction will not disappoint meat lovers.

There is always room for dessert, especially as beautiful as this Midnight Sin!! End the night on a sweet note with their artisan cakes and pastries, hand-crafted by District 13’s master chef pâtissier.

It is not just a feast for your tastebuds; it is a feast for the eyes as well with every dish at District 13 by 缔. So, swing by and experience their latest menu, you’d be spoilt for delicious choice!!
