This Ramadan, guests are invited to gather and break fast over the “Pesona Selera” Ramadan Buffet Dinner, served daily from 6.30pm to 10pm at the Mövenpick Convention Centre KLIA from 23 February to 18 March 2026.
Nestled away from the city’s bustle, Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA offers a serene setting where guests can come together in comfort for shared celebrations and gatherings. With its spacious surroundings, the hotel is well-suited for Ramadan gatherings, family reunions and meaningful celebrations.
The “Pesona Selera” Ramadan buffet features a generous spread inspired by Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage, complemented by a selection of international favourites. Among the highlights is the Whole Roast Lamb (Kambing Golek), a classic Ramadan buffet favourite. Marinated with aromatic spices including rosemary, garlic, cumin and paprika, the lamb is slow-roasted to tenderness and presented whole at a live carving station.
The Ramadan dining experience is further enriched through a continued collaboration with Mahsuri Dagang Sdn. Bhd., marking the second consecutive year of partnership between the hotel and the trusted halal Malaysian sauce brand. As part of this culinary collaboration, Mahsuri supports the hotel by sponsoring selected cooking sauces used in the preparation of the Pesona Selera Ramadan buffet, including Mahsuri oyster sauce and soy sauce.
These carefully selected products enhance the authenticity and depth of flavours across various dishes, reflecting a shared commitment to quality, consistency and the celebration of heritage tastes during the holy month.
In conjunction with Ramadan, the hotel introduces its Taraweehcation Package, available for booking now until 18 March 2026, for stays between 23 February and 18 March 2026. Designed as a serene and meaningful retreat during the holy month, the package includes accommodation with sahur and buffet Iftar for one to two persons, a special edition Mövenpick merchandise item, complimentary Wi-Fi, and access to the gym and swimming pool.
Extending the festive celebrations into Syawal, Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA will also present a Hari Raya Hi-Tea Buffet on 21 and 22 March 2026, from 12pm to 4pm, inviting guests to continue celebrating with family and friends in a relaxed afternoon setting.
In the spirit of Ramadan, the hotel will host a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative in support of senior citizens, persons with disabilities (OKU) and underprivileged orphaned children from Pusat Jagaan Mahmudah Malaysia, Pertubuhan Kebajikan Warga Emas Al-Fattah, Pertubuhan Kebajikan Darul Insyirah, Pertubuhan Rumah Anak Yatim Miskin Daerah Kuala Langat Selangor, and Rumah Amal Raudhatul Jannah. The Program Ihya’ Ramadan Bersama Golongan Warga Emas, OKU dan Anak-anak Yatim Asnaf will take place on 20 February 2026 at Dataran, Convention Centre, welcoming approximately 150 beneficiaries. The programme will include a Ramadan tazkirah by Ustaz Fakhrul from Bahagian Bimbingan Haji, Lembaga Tabung Haji, the presentation of duit raya, and will conclude with a communal Iftar and dinner hosted by the hotel. In conjunction with the programme, the hotel will also distribute 500 packs of bubur lambuk to the public on the same day as part of its Ramadan outreach efforts.
According to the General Manager of Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA, Mr. Rudy Fajar, the initiative reflects the hotel’s commitment to sharing care and compassion during the holy month. “Ramadan is a time to share our blessings and look after one another. Through this programme, we hope to create meaningful moments and bring comfort to our community,” he said.
The “Pesona Selera” Ramadan Buffet Dinner is available at an early bird rate of RM125+ per adult for bookings made between 1 January and 16 February 2026, while the normal price of RM158+ per adult applies from 17 February to 18 March 2026. Children aged 7 – 12 years dine at RM85+ per child. The Taraweehcation Package is priced from RM680+ per night.
