“Rasa Taiwan”, an event showcasing Taiwanese food product brands, is back again at eslite spectrum Kuala Lumpur from October 17 to 20, 2025.

This four-day event is a happening celebration of Taiwan’s souvenir culture, featuring six famous artisan brands and showcasing their diverse food products.

Themed “The Taste of Taiwan × The Culture of Gifting”, this year’s pop-up event invites visitors to enjoy high-quality handmade snacks and beverages from Taiwan, most of which are being introduced in Malaysia for the first time :

– Mei Getsu Do @meigetsudo1935
A heritage wagashi brand founded in 1935, their signature items include dorayaki, gyuhi, monaka, and traditional Japanese wagashi, with the fruit daifuku series being the most popular. Their wagashi are known for their pure ingredients, refined craftsmanship, and authentic taste – a favourite not only among locals but also the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association and Japanese expats in Taiwan.

They have been a household name for over 50 years, famous for their honey castella and pineapple cakes.

– Jiavin Bakery @jiavin_bakery
The brand is best known for its award-winning mini nougat biscuits.

– Tian Yue Sun Shi @yimtian_2015
Famous for their 20-hour slow-simmered lemon drink from southern Taiwan, they blend traditional slow-cooking with eco-conscious values, using no additives, only sustainably sourced lemon and low-carbon packaging. Every sip is refreshingly natural and earth-friendly.

A fourth-generation oil maker since 1921, products of Dong He blends tradition with innovation. Winner of the Presidential Innovation Award, their wood-fired, stone-ground sesame oil and peanut paste are beloved by home cooks and Michelin chefs alike.

They are Taiwan’s first round croissant brand.

Visitors can enjoy free samples at the event and purchase directly from the merchants. They can also participate in interactive activities such as photo zone, stamp collection mission, and brand sharing sessions.
