Thanks to the lovely invitation from The Butterfly Project, I recently had the opportunity to spoil myself with an elegance movie date at INDULGE, the first luxury cinema in TGV Cinemas 1 Utama.

Showcasing a unique cinema concept that coupled together with the essence of style, INDULGE has its own private ticketing counter, lounge and dining area.

Two exclusive cinema halls that equipped with reclining chairs and personalized call-waiter-service are available under INDULGE, which can accommodate 32 and 40 pax respectively.

Upon reaching, guests were immediately attracted by the rich purple and silver facade that gave a distinct element of class to the lounge and dining area. We were warmly greeted by the friendly staffs accompanied with the soft jazzy music at background.

Shortly after the brief introduction, a 9-course dinner was served starting from the salad, entree, main to dessert over a chic tastefully decorated table setting.

Salad

* Smoked Duck Salad

Smoked duck breast served with mesclun greens, capsicum and drizzled with sweet sourish kiwi and balsamic dressing.

* Pumpkin Salad

Oven-roasted pumpkin in honey coating served together with rocket leaves, cherry tomatoes, capsicums and drizzled with balsamic dressing.

Entree

* Stuffed Potato Skins

Baked potato skins stuffed with savory turkey bacon and covered with chessy mozzarella on top.

* Lamb Koftas

Flavorful in spices with mild level of hotness, these lamb patties were served together with green salad and yogurt mint sauce.

Mains

* Grilled Salmon

Served with seasonal vegetables at side, I like the fact that this grilled salmon still able to remain its texture in moist with the fragrant lemon butter sauce, yummy!

* Grilled Lamb Rack

One of the highlighted main courses that beautifully plated, this grilled lamb rack with rosemary sauce had a nice tender texture and without much gaminess that I didn’t quite like it.

* Cajun Chicken

Paired with crispy fried potato wedges at side, sink your teeth into this tender and juicy grilled boneless chicken thigh that flavored with the addictive cajun seasoning.

Desserts

* Nutty Tortilla Banana

Not my usual type of preference, but this dessert was quite a pleasant one with tortilla filled with peanut butter, cornflakes and freshly sliced banana, crunchy texture and not too overwhelming sweet.

* Panna Cotta

Soft and smooth Panna Cotta dessert drizzled with the sweet sourish raspberry sauce for the enticing taste.
