Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Summit Hotel Subang USJ for their ‘Sinar Ramadan’ Buffet preview at Oceania Restaurant, which will be available during the holy month of Ramadan from 21 May until 12 June 2018.

‘Sinar Ramadan’ Buffet promises to showcase a wide selection of dishes that emphasizes on a variety of flavors and aroma that will titillate your palate after a long day of fasting.

Bring back the nostalgia of balik kampung when you kick start your gastronomic journey with an appetizing assortment of starters from kerabu, jeruk to ulam-ulam. Fire up your palate even more with the variety of sambal to go with your dishes.

For the mains, be sure to taste some of the signature kampung classics such as Gulai Ayam Kalimantan, Udang Sambal Petai, Siput Sedut Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Pucuk Ubi Masak Lemak, Keli Goreng Berlada, Udang Masak Berempah, Pari Asam Pedas Tanjung Keling and the all-time favorite Mee Goreng Mamak.

Diners can also enjoy favorites prepared ala-minute like Roasted Lamb, Popiah Basah, Murtabak and lots more at the many stalls set up around the buffet area. There is also a noodle station offering Laksa Johor, Laksam Kelantan, and Asam Laksa to satisfy your cravings for local noodle dishes.
