For this Lunar New Year celebration, the Master Chefs at Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur have prepared an array of delicacies featuring winter specialities, stunning set menus, and prosperous Yee Sang platters in their award-winning Ee Chinese Cuisine as well as the reunion buffet dinner at Swez Brasserie.
Premium dishes are a must to experience in Ee Chinese Cuisine during Chinese New Year. Among the popular dishes in 2023 include the Braised Crab Meat & Seafood Soup Topped with Fresh Scallop, Baked River Prawn with Citrus Fruits & Salted Egg Yolk Sauce, Steamed Village Chicken with Ginseng & Wolf Berry, Volcano Stone Roast Irish ‘Silver Hill’ Duck, Wok Fried Glutinous Rice with Goose Liver & Waxed Meat, and many more.
The auspicious offerings begin from RM2688+ per table of 10 persons for the Exclusive Set Menus and it is available from now until 5 February 2023.

Swez Brasserie presents the Chinese New Year Reunion Buffet Dinner that features a wide varieties of dishes for your grand reunion, including the Braised Sea Cucumber, Mushroom, Dried Oyster & Carrot in Oyster Sauce with Broccoli, Wok Fried Kam Heong Clams, Sweet & Spicy Crab with Egg, Wok Fried Kwai Fa Egg in Yam Basket, Nyonya Prawn with Vegetables, Hou Shui Chicken, Mahpo Bean Curd, Wok Fried Sweet Bean, Celery, Mushroom & Lily Bulbs in Golden Ring, and many more.
Every table reservation includes free Yee Sang at the beginning of the meal for toasting.
