The much-awaited Icip-Icip Kampungku Buffet Dinner is returning at Swez Brasserie, Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur this holy month of Ramadan.
Chef Dennie and his team are thrilled to present a feast boasting over 100 delectable dishes and 18 Live Action Stalls to tantalize your taste buds this Ramadan.
The culinary journey reintroduces beloved favourites with innovative twists, such as the Traditional Roasted Lamb Stuffed with Briyani Rice, Gear Box Soup, Siakap Stim Masak Nyonya, Ayam Penyet Cabai Hijau, and more.
Enhancing your dining experience, immerse yourself in the soothing melodies of modern instrumental music performed live by the 2-piece band daily from 15 March until 8 April 2024.
“Our Signature Gear Box is a flavourful soup slow-cooked for five hours to ensure everyone enjoys the tenderness of the juicy beef with its humongous bone,” said Chef Dennie. “Each sip is a journey of delight,” as he continued.
Delve into their Signature Ayam Penyet Cabai Hijau, prepared using sous vide technique for utmost juiciness and tenderness. The chicken is then deep-fried, pounded for a softer texture, and topped with spicy Cabai Hijau.
Next, the partner in crime known as the ‘Iga Penyet’ fried beef spare ribs served with fiery Sambal Terasi, pestled together on a mortar for a burst of flavour. Iga Penyet is one of the popular dishes from the East Javanese culture, which is now available in our buffet to entice your savouring journey.
Apart from the signatures, their buffet spread also showcases local favourites such as Rendang Ayam Kampung, Kambing Masak Hitam, ‘Ikan Bakar’ Stuffed Cencaru Fish with Chili Paste, Bakso Balungan, Ketam Masak Tiga Rasa, Burung Puyuh Berempah, and more.
Indulge your sweet tooth with an array of desserts featuring Malay Assorted Kuih, Onde-Onde Cake, Jackfruit Mango Sago, Ginger Crème Brulee, Durian Apam Balik, Chocolate Fountain, Kurma, Dodol, and more.
The Icip-Icip Kampungku Buffet Dinner will be happening daily from 15 March until 8 April 2024, from 6:30 pm until 10:30 pm, priced at RM195 nett per person.
