Kampung Ku Big Bowl Fish (RM98)

Seafood lovers, just make sure you won’t miss this Kampung Ku Big Bowl Fish when you dine at here!
A huge steel bowl consists of fresh Red Snapper (800g), succulent Tiger Prawns, and delightful Kepah Clams, which cooked together with ingredients such as garlic, preserved vegetables, ginger, lime leave, shredded ginger, chili padi, mushroom, coriander, spring onion, celery, and lemon grass, to give it a nice aromatic sourish taste similar like the TeoChew-style flavor.

Steamed Chicken with Ginger (RM35 half ; RM65 whole)

Using ‘Ayam Kampung’ as the choice of meat for this poultry dish, customers can then enjoy that nice firm-bited texture of this steamed chicken. Have it together with the accompanied own-mixed ginger sauce that has a hint of sourish from squeezed lime, it’s simply satisfying even though this is a normal everyday dish.

Braised Crab in Pumpkin (seasonal price ; additional RM15 for pumpkin served)
[portfolio_slideshow include=”6056″]
Another creative presentation from the Kampung Ku’s culinary team. Served in a whole pumpkin, the braised crab was fully covered in my favorite pumpkin butter sauce that has a hint of spiciness in it. Rich flavor in its creaminess, the golden colored sauce really was da bomb, and I kinda followed my adventurous instinct to drizzle some of it on the yee sang, surprisingly tasted excellent too!

Stir-fried Kai Lan with Salted Fish (RM18 small ; RM28 medium ; RM36 large)
[portfolio_slideshow include=”6057″]
Simple vegetable dish with nice ‘wok-hei’. Chef placed salted fish on top to excite your palate in a nice aromatic salty taste.
