Thanks to the lovely invitation, I recently had the chance to try some of the sensational sizzling good sausages at Armada Petaling Jaya in conjunction with the Oktoberfest celebration this October.

Indulge in the various choices of beef and chicken sausages served in five different styles, which includes the Foot Long Sausage, Cheese Frankfurters, Chicken Jumbo Sausage, Spicy Sautéed Sausages and German Bratwurst.

When I asked the chef what the secret to cook the sausage perfectly was, chef actually blanched the sausage first in hot-boiled water for 3 minutes before lightly grilled it to get the nice flavor and soft bouncy texture.

Foot Long Sausage (RM26)

2 pieces foot long sausages with mashed potato and sauerkraut.
