Egg Tart has always been a must-have for me in a Chinese dim sum meal. Served warm, this short-crust pastry was made daily with fresh quality egg, resulting a silky creamy filling and crumbly buttery crust that I enjoyed so much, every bite was a journey of ultimate indulgence!
