Flavours of Ramadhan @ Terazza Brasserie
Tearing away from its Mediterranean décor, Terazza Brasserie is transformed into an Arabian paradise. Adorned with wispy colourful drapes, magnificent tents and gleaming lamps, illuminating the brilliance of Terazza Brasserie’s Ramadhan ambiance.
Chili Crab
From their repertoire of culinary indulgences, Chef Shabani Sahan, Sous Chef and his team have prepared a spread of local and international cuisine inspired by their Arabian Theme this Ramadhan. From appetizer to delectable desserts you, your family and friends will fall in love with the menu selections, which are rotated on a daily.
Sambal Sotong Petai
The feast consist of a buffet of local and international delight, namely Arabian inspired dishes such as Shawarma, Roasted Lamb with Arabian Fragrant Rice and to satisfy that sweet tooth – Turkish Ice Cream.
Shawarma is a well-known Middle Eastern meat preparation, where the meats are stacked and packed with mouth-watering seasoning on a vertical rotisserie. The meats are then slowly roasted as it turns. The roasted meat is then shaved of layer by layer and made up into a sandwich consisting of vegetables and dressing.
Roasted Whole Lamb
Turkish Ice Cream (or Dondurma which means freezing in Turkish) is a common dessert sold in Turkey by street cart vendors and at store fronts. Turkish ice cream defers from normal ice cream by its texture and thickness. Due to its thick and chewy nature, the Turkish ice cream has to be constantly churned with a long handled paddle. Just watching the vendor as he serves the dessert live is a treat on its own.
Roti Pak Ali
Flavours of Ramadhan @ Terazza Brasserie run from 6 pm to 9:30 pm and priced at RM150 per person, senior citizen and children ages 6 to 12 years get to enjoy 50% discount.
For reservations at Flavours of Ramadhan @ Terazza Brassiere, please call 03-5031 6060 ext 1912. Advanced booking is encouraged to avoid disappointment.
