Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I recently went to Dorsett Grand Subang for their Chinese New Year Set Menus that specially created to usher the year of rooster with abundance of health, prosperity, wealth and happiness.
Toss for success, prosperity, health and all things auspicious with their Jelly Fish Yee Sang, Salmon Yee Sang, Soft Shell Crab Yee Sang or Baby Abalone Yee Sang. Half portions are priced at RM68 nett – RM138 nett and full portions start from RM98 nett – RM258 nett.

Serving exquisite dishes fit for an emperor, the Chinese Master Chef from The Emperor Chinese Restaurant aims to entice diners with luxurious 8-9 course set menus from 1 January to 12 February 2017. Enjoy dishes like Crispy Roasted Duck, Pan–fried Scallops stuffed with Prawn Paste, Wok-fried Jumbo Prawns with Golden Garlic, Steamed Silver Pompano Fish and many more with a bottle of wine courtesy of Dorsett Grand Subang.

Chinese New Year Celebrations @ Terazza Brasserie
Reunion Dinner
Chinese New Year does not necessarily mean you have to feast on Chinese food. For those who prefer an international touch for their reunion dinner, Terazza Brasserie is offering a buffet spread at only RM138 nett per person! Serving from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm on 27 January 2017.
Brunch
At only RM98 nett per person, you will be spoiled with choices with at least 50 varieties of delicacies! Satisfy your cravings with appetizers, soups, dim sum, mains and desserts.
Make your own Yee Sang at their very own “Creation Counter”. Remember to catch the chefs in action as they prepare Hainanese Chicken Rice and carve Roasted Peking Duck for you to relish. Serving on 28 January 2017 from noon to 4:30 pm.
Buffet Dinner
Enjoy an array of mouth-watering dishes from around the world, cooked and prepared with love by our chefs at RM118 nett per person. The highlight of the night would be the Roasted Whole Baby Lamb. Definitely a Chinese New Year Buffet Dinner that is unlike the rest!

Wow the variety of yee sang they have is great! Most of the restaurants I went in the past serve the same old type of yee sang only.

I wish everyday is Chinese New Year, more festivities, good food like its always a party. I bet this will be a huge hit!
